Returns & Exchanges

Each Embedded piece is hand dyed with care and created to be lived with. Because bedding belongs to one of the most personal spaces in the home, we can only accept returns on items that remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Due to the nature of hand dyeing, slight variations in color, tone, and pattern are to be expected. We work hard to create consistency while honoring the organic beauty of the process. These subtle variations are part of what makes each piece uniquely its own and are not considered defects.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of authorization, preferably in their original packaging.

Items showing signs of use, laundering, fragrance, pet hair, staining, or wear cannot be accepted.

Please note that Archive pieces, Last Few collections, custom orders, and sale items are final sale.

Refunds are issued after returned items have been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
