Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time unless of a defective product.
Due to the custom nature of our products and the intimate setting in which they are used, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a defective product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine your item and notify you within a resonable amount of time whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the original purchase price using the original form of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Shipping charges for any returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item. Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
